Hello! I specialize in working with motivated individuals who are looking to better their lives. I specialize in working with men on stress, anxiety, depression, reactivity,and relationship issues and utilize CBT, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamics in my work.

As a psychotherapist I am dedicated to improving the health and well being of my clients and it is my goal to make the therapeutic process as comfortable as possible. I work from a positive psychology perspective geared towards increasing confidence, and self esteem.

My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.
